Conditions of sale
Visa Cameroon is a brand of the Transa Visas company. visa-cameroun.fr is a website that serves as a platform connecting users with Transa Visas.
(applicable from 01/09/2015) These current General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern our sales of service provisions for visa acquisition, document legalization, and the contractual relationship between TRANSA and its clients. TRANSA reserves the right to modify its sales conditions at any time.
I. ORDER
Orders should be sent to our TRANSA Malakoff Agency, which handles their processing. Contact us for more information.
Every order must include the following documents:
- A dated and signed purchase order - "Order a visa"
- The documents requested by the Consulate of the destination country - "Visa for..."
- Payment must be made by check/cash/bank transfer for the total amount of the order unless otherwise agreed upon with TRANSA.
Any order that is already being processed can only be canceled or modified upon formal agreement between the client and TRANSA Malakoff.
In the case of partial payment for an order, it will still be processed. However, TRANSA reserves the right to return the documents related to the order only after receiving the remaining balance.
II. INVOICING
Our invoices are based on the applicable rates at the time of order acceptance.
They include:
- Consular fees, without VAT
- The amounts for our services. These are subject to VAT according to the regulations in effect at the time of the invoice.
Cases of invoice modifications include:
- An increase in visa acquisition fees by the respective consulates without prior notice.
- Changes to the terms of the order during processing (timeline, destinations, delivery method, beneficiary, etc.).
- Incomplete and/or non-compliant documentation.
- Documentation requiring special handling. Our team will contact the client for agreement.
- A discount may be granted for any order with at least 5 requests for the same destination.
III. PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices issued by TRANSA are payable upon receipt.
Please note that consular fees are paid in cash by TRANSA.
Additionally, after the regulatory 60-day period, TRANSA reserves the right to take the following measures:
- Issuance of a supplementary invoice for 20% of the total amount of the relevant order.
- Refusal to process requests until outstanding invoices are settled.
IV. REFUND
Visa fees collected by the consulates are non-refundable.
TRANSA's service provisions may be eligible for credit in certain cases.
V. RESPONSIBILITIES
For the execution of the orders it receives, TRANSA commits to deploying all necessary technical and human resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
TRANSA disclaims any responsibility for orders that could not be executed in the following cases:
- Information not provided or provided erroneously by the client.
- Unexpected changes to requirements by a Consulate.
- Unforeseen closure of a Consulate.
- Refusal to issue without explanation.
- Absence of Consular authority.
- Loss or misappropriation by the Consulate.
- Delays, losses, or damages caused by external transporters not affiliated with TRANSA.
- Force majeure events (strikes, social unrest, energy shortages, natural disasters, accidents, sovereign measures, delays, or other transportation problems, etc.).
VI. COMPLAINT
Any order subject to dispute must be reported to us within 5 days following the receipt of the passport or other legalized document.
The complaint must be substantiated and accompanied by supporting evidence of the incurred prejudice.
To stay informed about the latest possibilities regarding compliance with GDPR, we regularly monitor the subject.
VII. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The relationship between TRANSA and its clients is governed by French law.
Any potential disputes will be settled amicably by the parties whenever possible.
Persistent disagreements will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre.
Placing an order automatically implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
