Any order that is already being processed can only be canceled or modified upon formal agreement between the client and TRANSA Malakoff.
In the case of partial payment for an order, it will still be processed. However, TRANSA reserves the right to return the documents related to the order only after receiving the remaining balance.

TRANSA disclaims any responsibility for orders that could not be executed in the following cases:
Any order subject to dispute must be reported to us within 5 days following the receipt of the passport or other legalized document.
The complaint must be substantiated and accompanied by supporting evidence of the incurred prejudice.

The relationship between TRANSA and its clients is governed by French law.
Any potential disputes will be settled amicably by the parties whenever possible.
Persistent disagreements will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre.
